The Role:
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our client's mission to provide top-notch domiciliary care


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of care.
  • Maintaining a vigilant eye for quality in all aspects of our client's services.
  • Overseeing a team of fieldbased carers, offering guidance and fostering regular communication to ensure every client receives the care they deserve.
  • Conducting care plans, supervisions, appraisals, and support visits with carers.
  • Efficiently organizing rotas to ensure seamless care coverage.
  • Being prepared to cover shortterm unassigned shifts, ensuring continuous care for all clients.
  • Supporting the recruitment processes to bring in new talent.

Qualifications We Value:


  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar role, such as Team Leader, Field Care Supervisor, or Care Coordinator.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in domiciliary care.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
