BDS are currently recruiting for a friendly and cheerful caretaker/groundsperson for a sheltered housing retirement service based in Brighton

To be the first point of call for residents and visitors to the service.
Making contact with the residents daily and checking their welfare, having a chat and
Reporting any faults or repairs
Signposting information of local services
Arranging a nice coffee and cake morning, game of cards and scrabble.
To build familiarity with the residents

We are looking for someone to come into service in the morning, ideally from 9am for 4 hours 3 mornings a week,

Pay of £12.50 per hour, PAYE

Standard DBS preferred however this is not essential

This is a temporary ongoing position
