This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

What You Will Do:


  • Devise and implement comprehensive HSEW programs that align with our corporate objectives, incorporating innovative approaches to health, safety, environmental management, and employee wellbeing.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture that prioritizes safety and environmental care, through regular communication, training, and engagement initiatives.
  • Direct and conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement remedial actions promptly.
  • Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, advising senior leadership on necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
  • Champion workplace and community wellbeing programs that support mental, physical, and social health.
  • Generate and analyze HSEW performance data to inform decisionmaking and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the primary HSEW point of contact.

  • Highly knowledgeable in HSEW best practices, with in-depth experience in environmental and safety management within dynamic and challenging environments.
  • Adept at strategy development and implementation, with a proven track record of enhancing HSEW performance.
  • Equipped with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and uniting teams towards common goals.

And will possess the following traits:

  • Outstanding communication abilities, acting as a seamless bridge between employees, management, and external partners.
  • A responsible attitude towards managing and mitigating risks associated with health, safety, and environmental impacts.
