The Role
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Undertake enforcement investigations, appeals and submissions under the Planning Acts, Orders and Regulations, including consultations, site visits, evaluation and negotiation with applicants/transgressors and other interested parties.
Provide advice on possible breaches of planning control

To be considered for this role you will require:

Qualified as a Planner, Conservation Officer, or Architect.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering
£27 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
