**Investor Relations Assistant - 1 year FTC - London £45,000 - £50,000**We have a super opportunity in a boutique private equity company based in the West End working supporting a busy growing IR team of 3, for this 1 year fixed term contract, which has the potential to be extended.
The role is hybrid and 4 days onsite with Friday working from home and the hours are pm with a little flex as the business demands.
***RESPONSIBILITIES
The IR assistant will provide support to the IR team with the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Collating and maintaining all documentation relating tothefundraising process
These may include:
- DDQ/LPA
- Investment strategy
- Portfolio case studies
- Macro and market environment documentation
- Various PowerPoint presentations
- Team biographies
- ESG position documents
- Data room management
- Checking VDR has latest versions of files on a daily basis
- Providing access to investors
- Uploading documentation
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system update and maintain data ontheCRM system.
- Syncing and tracking all investor meetings
- Uploading meeting notes
- Keeping investor contact details up to date
- Coordinating travel and logistics for overseas investor meetings
- Scheduling and coordinating international and domestic travel including flights, hotels and ground transportation.
- Coordinating necessary visa and passport renewals and fulfilling any covid requirements.
- Assisting with IR related events
- AGM dinner and meeting
- Biannual investor update call
- Arrange and facilitate webinar for over 100 attendees.
- Arranging roadshow events
- Adhoc IR projects/tasks
- Competitor benchmarking
- Compiling presentations/materials ahead of investor meetings
- Preparing agendas and other relevant materials for key meetings.
- Creating and editing both PowerPoint and Word presentations.
- Maintaining filing system on Box, ensuring all documents are saved according to record management policies.
PROFILE
- Very organised person with a specific attention to detail
- Someone who can work to schedules and maintain / manage commitment dates
- Experienced in Microsoft Office
- Able to coordinate different work streams and coordinate projects
- Comfortable working with data
- Able to pick up new systems with ease
- Previous IR experience helpful but not necessary
- Willingness to assist with whatever is needed, big or small.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to exercise, good judgement and diplomacy.
- Ability to respond to variable workflow and maintain composure in a highpressure environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to get along with people at all levels and ensure a calm and professional working environment.
