Description

Salary - £24,400 plus 10/15 hours per week overtime + Veolia benefits

Earnings including overtime are between £30,000 - £32,000

Hours - 42.5 Hours, Monday to Friday, 7am -4pm (You will be required to work most Saturdays mornings as overtime)

Location - Rainham, RM13 9YB

What will you be doing?

Operate the Loading Shovel, Dumper and all other plant for which you are
Assist in running, maintaining a static plant clearing blockages etc
Undertake the mechanical transfer of road sweepings for feeding the plant or for onward transportation
Maximise vehicle weights within compliance with Legal and company requirements.
Routine maintenance and cleaning of plant and equipment, including daily checks
Complete machine hours, defect sheets and other related paperwork to the required standards.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience within a similar role
Loading shovel licence preferred (training will be provided)
Maintenance knowledge
Ability to work within and an understanding of Health and safety regulations
