Are you an ambitious and sociable Helpdesk Operator or Supply Chain Officer who is looking to develop his/her skills by working for the UK Government?

Do you have any customer service background?

Are you tired of being caught in the traffic jam because of having go to the office every single day?

Then this might be an amazing opportunity for you


NonStop is looking for a Helpdesk Operator who can support the equipment supply output in your region and in accordance with client demands as outlined in IBA/JBA documents.

You will also abide by JSP 886/482/422 and Local Business Procedures, giving the upkeep of output delivery the highest priority in order to guarantee operational capacity.

Here you'll have the opportunity to work fully remote and not only will you be able to save time, energy and gas money but also you can spend more time near your family


Moreover, the contract length has a high possibility of extension to 12 months, so it will bring a little more security in these uncertain times.

Due to the nature of the assignment, details need to remain vague at this point, but the central required skills include:

  • Customer service experience
  • Manage difficult conversations
  • Work in a team

Skills:


  • MS Office Knowledge
  • Salesforce knowledge(nice to have)
  • Good communication skills
