IT Application Engineer
Norwich
Circa £40,000

We are working with a fantastic Norwich based business that are looking for an IT Application Engineer to join their growing team.

Reporting to the IT Manager, this role will include:

  • IT/ Application Support
  • Articulating technology to both business and technical
  • Resolving issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the Company mission and values
  • Producing Technical documentation
  • Listening to, understanding and conveying customer requirements
  • Performing technical / product training
  • Carrying out routine Maintenance tasks
  • IT & Application Support


  • SharePoint/Office 36

  • SQL server & databases
  • MS Access
  • Dynamics GP
  • Working in a Prince2 environment


This position would be well suited for someone who has a real passion for IT as well as someone who can work individually and as part of a team, engaging multiple stakeholders.

You will be required to be working on multiple incidents and projects simultaneously,and coordinating third parties for support and development.

This will mean working in a fast paced environment so you'll need to be a strong communicator and a natural at resolving complex issues under pressure.
