Legal Reclaims Executive, you'll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You'll be responsible for dealing with settled claims on the reclaim report and working with internal and external suppliers to recover monies paid out of the business. This role is part-time 20 hours per week. The working pattern is Monday

Legal Reclaims Executive, you'll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

What you'll be doing:


  • You'll produce financial reports and analysis, providing feedback and recommendations to improve processes and performance of reclaim rates.
  • You'll coordinate with the Contracting department, Legal Claims Handlers, and the Accounts Payable department regarding outstanding supplier reclaims and provide business updates.
  • Overseas travel will also be required.

What you'll have:


  • You'll have strong analytical/excel skills and have excellent attention to detail.
  • You should ideally have a background in finance and/or auditing.
  • You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work to tight timescales with a positive 'can do' attitude.
