WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Agent who is a fantastic communicator with flawless customer service skills.


Working within the Dr Barbara Sturm Client & Customer Services team you will be responsible for all aspects of customer orders, providing a dedicated point of contact and creating an exceptional customer experience.


A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICES AGENT

  • Provide a dedicated point of contact and thorough aftersale support.
  • Assist customers resolve any queries from order through to delivery and returns, using all channels of communication
  • Proactively communicate and overcome issues e.g. delayed orders, late returns, stock availability
  • Assist customers with questions about products and services.
  • Handle all customers with professionalism and care.
  • Work with the Distribution team and our shipping partners, and maintain good working relationships with colleagues
  • Observe client confidentiality, data protection and security.
  • Constantly look for ways to improve the customer journey and make suggestions for improvement
  • Act as a brand ambassador

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • You will have at least 2year experience working in a Customer Service office environment.
  • Experience within beauty and/or luxury retail industry, ideal but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Problem Solver.
  • Excellent eye for detail, time management and good organisation skills
  • Proactive, with ability to take initiative.
  • Team player who can also work independently.
  • Able to work flexible hours including early and late shifts, weekends & holidays.
