A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full/part time Concierge to join us at Fonab Castle Hotel & Spa in Perthshire, Scotland.

In addition to offering a wage of up to £11.20 per hour, consisting of a base of £10.50 plus approx.

Today our magnificent Castle has 42 bedrooms and recently undertaken a 3-million-pound development.

The Role:

Assist guests with luggage and support the front desk with guest checkins and checkouts
Provide guests with good knowledge of local area and attractions
Book experiences and trips for guests
Maintain the hotel entrance and car park areas
Assist with driving of company car to collect and drop off guests
Cleaning Duties
Assist other departments such as housekeeping and dining room when required

The Person:

We are looking for a concierge who is passionate about customer service and hospitality and has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience of working in a hotel environment or in a similar role would be preferred but is not essential.
Flexible in terms of hours as will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
Full clean driving licence
Able to work occasional night shift to cover holidays.
