Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor.

As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences through efficient communication and problem-solving skills.


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting them with inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Analyze customer accounts and financial transactions to provide accurate information and assistance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless experience
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze customer inquiries to provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,884.18 per year
