We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our passionate and driven Integrated Solutions team based at our client's site.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the Head Housekeeper in the operation of the housekeeping department.
  • Provide the housekeeping team with the leadership required to maximize guest comfort at optimal productivity levels.
  • Ensure schedule is maintained in line with productivity guidelines and that training is planned effectively.
  • Schedule own time effectively around businesscritical processes and peak trading periods.
  • Lead your team to deliver ahead of the targeted KPI improvements and in line with the agreed standard operating procedures.
  • Spotcheck quality standards daily and provide feedback / take corrective action.

About You:


  • Experience in a management or supervisory role within the Hotel industry.
  • Motivational and leadership skills.
  • IT literate with Microsoft programmes and ability to learn bespoke systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Attention to detail.
