About Our Client:

The client is an established organisation based in Harwell, Didcot. The client is widely renowned in their field, with amenities on-site.

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Re-charging between multiple entities
  • Raising POs and Invoices
  • Dealing with external customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Using Microsoft Dynamix to enter data (ensure correct coding and project setup)
  • Processing Rental/Service Charge Invoices and producing Aged Debtor Reports
  • Banks and Account reconciliation
  • Processing Month end journals
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations
  • Processing Weekly Payment Run
  • Account Analysis
  • Assisting in yearend audits

The Successful Applicant:


The Accounts Assistant will have/be:

  • Immediately available/available on shortnotice
  • Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of processing supplier invoices and supplier statement reconciliations
  • Worked with Microsoft Dynamics not required but very helpful
  • Building and sustaining highquality relationships with your colleagues and suppliers
  • Good numeracy skills and excellent written skills
  • Confident selfstarter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
