Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer with experience to join a successful team based in Watford. This is a full-time, permanent position. Benefits include a highly competitive bonus package. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Salaryreviews every six months and free will writing and conveyancing services dependant on service.

Role Responsibilities
The incoming residential conveyancer will be joining an established firm that provides bespoke legal services.

Your responsibilities will include managing your own residential and leasehold case-load of files, looking at around 15 completions per month,medium to high purchase and sales prices.

Work is either repeat clients or gained through recommendations from Estate agents.

Person Specification

Good interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales
Good I.T skills
Marketing skills
