An opportunity has arisen for a fulltime vacancy for the position of HSHS Receptionist. This is an exciting and important role within the service.The Homerton Sexual Health Service (HSHS) is an integrated Sexual Health Service.
It provides a comprehensive sexual health service from its four main sites:
HSHS at Homerton Hospital, HSHS at St Leonard's Hospital, John Scott Health Centre and at 80 Leadenhall in the City of London.
You will be a team-player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and understanding of the Data Protection Act and Equality and Diversity are required as well as a good standard of general education as indicated in the Person Specification.
The main duties of the role include:
- General reception tasks
- Booking/cancelling appointments
- Answering the telephone
- Maintaining uptodate records and data
- Liaising with patients and other members of staff
- Working under the supervisor of the HSHS Clinic Supervisor/Service Coordinator.
Working hours: 37.5 per week
