Our client is who is a Microsoft Gold partner is looking for an IT Support - 1st Line Analyst to provide on-site and remote IT First line Support.


Responsibilities:


  • Accurate logging of customer incidents and requests.
  • Maintain a high level of first contact resolution for customer incidents and service requests.
  • Identify where first contact resolution may not be possible and escalate incidents and requests to 2nd line engineers in order to meet overall SLA and priority.
  • Update ITSM system in an effective and timely manner effectively managing and updating customer tickets.
  • Collaborate with all members of the IT Service Desk to provide exceptional service.
  • Provide a level of technical expertise directly to customers to resolve incidents.
  • Good interpersonal and customer facing communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high pressure fast paced environment
  • Maintain technical knowledge of current IT technology offerings and solutions
  • Experience with Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
  • Excellent organisational skills
