A fantastic temp to perm opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrician to join a highly successful and positive-minded organisation in Nottingham.

An optional call out rota is available with great rates of pay and standby payments of ££135 per week. Overtime is also available at X1.5 & X2.

Location:
Nottingham - Covering properties across Nottingham & Derby with occasional travel to Leicestershire.

About your role:

As an Electrician you will be responsible for carrying out all electrical maintenance and repair work on social housing, ensuring quality and compliance at all times.

You will be responsible for undertaking maintenance across a portfolio of over 10000 socialhousing properties in the East Midlands.

About you

Level 3 Electrical qualification
Ideally possess 18th edition 17th edition considered with training to 18th edition available
Possess a full, clean driving licence
Be comfortable working on a mobile basis with jobs being delivered via PDA
Have previous experience ideally in a social housing or residential setting

It is key within this role that you are an effective communicator with the ability to liaise with social housing tenants both over the phone and face-to-face with regards to planned works or works in progress.
