The post holder will be responsible for: 1. Influencing improvements in patient care as a result of learning from quality improvement and clinical effectiveness activities.2. Facilitating and coordinating clinical effectiveness and quality improvement projects including clinical audit and service evaluationacross the trust, ensuring that they positively impact on clinical outcomes and experience for patients and/ or staff.3. Building effective partnerships with DCHS staff across all disciplines.,4.
Providing quality improvement, clinical effectiveness and clinical audit expertise to the organisation including training.5. Supporting the Improvement, Innovation and Effectiveness Leads to deliver the agenda. 6. Take on line management responsibilities.
