Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze order information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide updates on order status
  • Assist with resolving any issues or discrepancies related to orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Upsell additional products or services when appropriate

Experience:


  • Previous experience in order processing or a similar role is preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types:

Pay:
£24,304.00-£25,333.00 per year
