Job Summary:
Duties:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Analyze order information to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide updates on order status
- Assist with resolving any issues or discrepancies related to orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate
Experience:
- Previous experience in order processing or a similar role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

£24,304.00-£25,333.00 per year
