We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join a Travel & Events company who are based in the heart of London.

The main objective of the role is to liaise between our suppliers and sales team to create and maintain effective products and services for the company clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Negotiate contracted rates and allocations
Observe booking and allocation stock levels
Negotiate specials, exclusive offers and unique products
Maintain supplier quality levels with the assistance of customer feedback
Target new suppliers
Develop new products with existing suppliers
Reinforce relationships with current suppliers including site visits and event attendance
Keep supplier records up to date to ensure continuity of contacts
Manage accident reporting and ensure relevant documents are collected and forwarded to Operations
Manage supplier visits to the office and coordinate supplier training sessions (for sales team)
Complete regular price analysis
Identify trends within the market
Ensure product information, pictures, packages and prices displayed on the website are correct and enticing

Experience / Skills required:

Procurement/Product management and/or development
Organised with a strong attention to detail
Ability to develop strong business relationships
Motivation to work independently
Proactive and forward thinking
Ability to learn new systems
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Experience of the Accommodation or Activity Industry
Supplier relations experience
Contracting experience

Package:

Salary - £25,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience)
Hybrid working - 3 days in the Central London office & 2 from home
