SERE Holdings Limited has an excellent opportunity for an ambitious accounts assistant to join our Accounts team within our Belfast, Head Office.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

To process sales and purchase invoices through high volume ledgers across group companies.
To assist with reconciliations for all companies across the group
To provide administrative assistance to the Financial Controller across group companies.
To produce weekly and monthly reports
To assist with credit control and purchase ledger
To assist with all administrative duties within a busy finance department.
Any other duties as required.

Criteria

GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Maths at Grade C or above
High Level of aptitude for administrative tasks
Good organisational skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
The ability to work effectively with a minimum of supervision
Minimum 12 months' experience working within an administrative / accounting role.
Experience within a finance department would be an advantage.
