Solutions Architect

Location | Workplace Policy:
Hybrid working with 2-3 days in a central Manchester office


Salary:
Up to £85k + Perks (DOE)


We are looking for a motivated, driven and creative Solutions Architect with ample experience in AWS & Salesforce to join one of the biggest b2b acquisition and engagement brands in the UK today.


Taking ownership of the brand's technical solution design, the ideal applicant will be an experienced developer with an affinity for managing integration technologies, data models, & information security whilst simultaneously aligning solutions to architecturaldesign principles.


What will you be doing?

  • Oversee massive overhaul projects and ensure technical strategies are being achieved
  • When necessary, engage with technical debt and work alongside other architects to ensure solutions are effective, economical, and compliant with applicable regulations
  • Ensure that bespoke integrations and controlled customisations to existing solutions are performed as part of tactical projects
  • Keep on top of all compliance related policies and work to keep them in line with ISO 27001:2013, BS 10012:2017, ISO 50001:2018, ISO 22301:2019

Key skills:


  • Thorough skills in AWS & Salesforce are essential
  • Experienced with architecture design principles
  • Skilled at Data modelling
  • Familiar with Nonfunctional requirements
  • Comfortable engaging in documentation (Sequence diagrams, UML)
  • API design/interrogation experience
  • Full working knowledge of security principles
  • Integration design experience (N-Tier, Headless, Microservices, Event driven architecture
