Company Description Central Hub Logistics Ltd is a logistics company with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Central Fleet Management is a relatively new addition to the group and just a building run from our own premises. All based under one roof in Tamworth. So must live within a 5 mile radius only. Having own transport. THIS IS ON SITE WORKING NO REMOTE WORKING. We also have a small mail-order company account. We value trust and efficiency and are looking for an Account Specialist to join our team in Tamworth.


Role Description We are looking for an Account Specialist to join our team in Tamworth. This is a part-time role and will involve working on-site. The Account Specialist will Bank reconciliation across multiple banks. Invoice finance understanding and month end reconciliation. Nominal journalsBe able to use Sage 50, Sage cloud and Dext competently. Cash flow Forecasting Balance sheet reconciliation Credit Card reconciliationVat Reconciliation and Submission. Full understanding of nominal ledger Money allocation and payments. Cover for holidays from other accounts staff and ensure customer satisfaction. The Account Specialist will also be responsible for the smooth running of accounts and sort out mistakes and issues on the Sage software from other admin staff. So we stress you MUST HAVE good Sage Knowledge across the 2 company accounts. Sage cloud. Sometimes a few more hours to cover holidays

Knowledge of payroll would be an advantage but not essential. As parts can be taught.


Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Possible AAT or showing the at least 2 years in the same roll.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Honest and Trustworthy.

Part-time hours: 16-20 per week

£18.00 per hour
