Porsche Centre Swindon are looking for a Trainee Administrator to join the team and start an exciting career in the automotive industry.

If you are looking for an Administration role with a difference, this is a great opportunity to join our team and develop your skills.


We are looking for a Trainee Administrator who can be developed to support a successful busy sales team, so want someone who is willing to learn, driven to succeed and enthusiastic about this new opportunity.

Full training will be provided and you will be mentored by our experienced Sales Administrator, who will work with you to ensure you are fully trained and confident with the systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle taxing
  • Invoicing
  • Ordering stock and customer vehicles
  • Administration duties associated with the sales process
  • Service invoicing such as warranty and used car preparation invoicing as required
