Role Description
Princes Cardiff is looking for a Quality Systems Coordinator to join our Technical department. Due to the incredible £60 million investment at the Cardiff site there are fantastic development opportunities within the business.


Job Purpose


As a Quality Systems Coordinator you will ensure compliance of document control system and associated electronic systems for technical specification e.g.

Sharepoint, SAP, IPC Recipes, MES & CoLoS.


Dimensions

  • The Quality Systems Coordinator deputises for the QIL with support of the QA Manager.

  • Assist with BRC, certification bodies, retailers and all site departments

Working Hours
Monday - Friday 08.45 until 17.00

Principal Accountabilities

  • Upload of controlled documents onto Sharepoint
  • Support traceability exercises as required
  • Update electronic systems as appropriate and required e.g. Sharepoint, SAP, IPC Recipes, MES & CoLoS.
  • Manage phantom updates on SAP.
  • Create / update site documentation for new / revised recipes, ingredients and packaging, ensuring the double check is completed by the QA Manager or Technical Manager prior to issue & production.
  • Member of the Internal Audit Team
  • Review Techical documentation based on requirement, with support from Technical team & update if required.
  • Provide additional technical support as required by the department and site projects.
  • Collate site hours involved with projects & update project / trial trackers for communication to accounts.
  • Update action log as required with deviation / modification assessment actions.
  • Complete incoming sleeve checks.
  • Cover for QIL & Technical Manager in hygiene audits, Level 2 and occassionly Level 1 meetings.

Role Requirements

Qualifications/Experience

Essential

  • Previous food industry experience
  • Level 2 HACCP and Food Safety Qualifications
  • Attention to detail and administration experience
  • Be flexible in their working hours to assist with audits and crisis situations.

Desirable but can be trained

  • Qualified and experienced in undertaking internal audits
