Working Hours hrs per week over 5 days - Monday to Friday

Paid Monthly on 25th of each month - working 1st until end of the month.

To facilitate our cleaning to deliver cleaning solutions to our tenants and clients within our soft services portfolio. The role entails coverage of a small commercial office building cleaning the communal areas, lifts and washrooms/shower rooms.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Adhere to company policies and procedures
External daily litter pick, sweep and bag change in the smoking shelters.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent time management skills to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within designated timeframes
Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
