As a HR Intern, you'll embark on a journey of exploration, rotating between different teams.From Talent Acquisition to Internal Communications, you'll be immersed in diverse projects, gaining insights into every aspect of our function.

This is a 3 month internship and will be based out of our Peterborough office on a hybrid working basis.

Some of the great things you'll be doing:
- Explore the realm of Learning & Talent Development, contributing to the enhancement of training programs.
- Craft engaging internal communications to foster colleague engagement and collaboration.
- Get involved in People Services, from HR operations to employee relations, making a tangible impact on our workplace culture.
What we'd like to see from you:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with colleagues.
- Exceptional organisational abilities, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and a knack for technology.
- Stellar interpersonal skills, with an understanding of maintaining confidentiality and building rapport.
- Basic understanding of HR principles, with a genuine passion for pursuing a career in HR.
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A thirst for knowledge and a willingness to learn in a fastpaced environment.
