    Quantitative and Systematic Investment Manager Overview

    Your Future Role within QRT:

    The successful candidate will join the infrastructure team as a hands-on Lead in our Research Infrastructure Engineering team. This team is responsible for our cutting-edge high-performance trading and research infrastructure.

    We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of technical leadership in Linux systems administration and platform engineering.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Design and implementation of workload scheduling systems
    • Management of large-scale systems, including high-performance file system design and operation
    • Software design and life cycle management (SDLC)
    • Kernel and network performance tuning for low-latency and high-throughput applications
    • Instrumentation and telemetry collection

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in Linux systems administration and platform engineering
    • Deep knowledge of high-performance analysis, tuning, and optimization
    • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve high-complexity system issues
    • Experience with DevOps tooling, CI/CD technologies, and container technologies
    • Strong knowledge of programming languages like Python, Golang, or similar
    • Expertise in infrastructure metric visualization using Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana
