The Role:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a HR Advisor who has ideally working in manufacturing, engineering or the building and construction industry.
- Supporting employee relations casework (disciplinary, grievances, sickness)
- Providing advice on a full range of human resource issues, recruitment, terms and conditions of employment; benchmarking; discipline and grievance; absence management; harassment and bullying; employee relations; basic employment law; company policy and best practice
The Person:
For this role our client is looking for someone who has:
- CIPD level 3 or
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role with experience of a multi-site environment
- Excellent ER knowledge
- Located in West Midlands
The Location:
West Midlands (a car is essential)
