Job Purpose:
Provides administrative support to the accounts team by undertaking clerical tasks outlined below in the duties. To follow CCS Limited procedures and policies, and maintain well established good relations with our staff, customers and suppliers. To be well organized, know how to prioritise tasks and work alone as well as part of a team.


Duties:


  • Purchase ledger process and match purchase invoices and credit notes for all suppliers. Maintain records of disputed items, issue & request credit notes. Reconcile statements.


  • Subcontractors

  • Process / match invoices in line with CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) regulations, update statements and send. Process on payroll system, issue pay slips, process payments. Deal with subcontractor queries regarding their pay
  • Credit card processing of receipts and reconciliation
  • Daily opening of post, date stamp and deliver to the appropriate department.
  • Timesheets weekly printing of timesheets and cross check to tracker reports and jobs on the management system.
  • Answer telephone and deal with customers and suppliers' requirements or transfer to the appropriate department.
  • Printing, filing, and scanning as required.
  • Shredding of confidential documents.
  • Ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • Sage 50 Accounts
  • Microsoft Office
  • Reporting skills, administrative and writing skills.
  • Following processes, organisation and the ability to analyse information.
  • Professionalism, problem solving and communication skills.

Desirable:


  • Experience 2 years+
  • AAT Qualification

  • Flexibility and adaptability; able to move with the needs of the business.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Professional work ethic.
