We are recruiting a receptionist to work as part of our team based at the client's site, based in London.
If you are passionate about delivering great service, then we would love to hear from you.This is a Monday to Friday role, 40 hours per week with shifts between 07:00am and 19:00pm (on a rotational basis).

Role description:
Provide a 5-star reception experience to customer staff, visitors and contractors
Role responsibility
- Front of House & Hospitality_
- Ensure a seamless and personal guest journey
- Welcome guests at reception
- Escort guests to their booked meeting room within the office
- Provides hospitality to visitors and for onsite events as requested
- Day to day running of the reception area
- Keep reception desk clear and tidy. Maintain appearance of main reception quickly removing all deliveries and other redundant things
- Act upon all requests that visitors and internal customers might have in an efficient, friendly and timely manner
- Handle external and internal calls in a professional manner
- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest service, and creating a 'one team' approach to delighting your guests
- Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable to providing ad hoc services as and when required
- Always act according to the client's standards
- Together with the cleaning team onsite, ensure meetings rooms, breakout areas and service points are clean, tidy and ready for use according to the cleaning standards
- Order hospitality when requested by workspace team
- Books taxis as and when requested
- Housekeeping, Suppliers & General duties_
- Report any building maintenance issue and communicate them to the workspace manager to be logged, investigated and fixed
- Report any cleaning issues and communicate them to the cleaning team (supervisor) to be solved according to the cleaning standards
- Report any deficiencies in supplier performance to workspace manager
- Supporting on the communication and action on issues in the office environment alongside the workspace team
- Facilitate access and communication between the office operations and vendor services
- Support the workspace manager ordering of stationery, drinks and office consumables
- Supporting on all reasonable workspace team tasks and requests
- Support the workspace manager with the new starter process
- Covers the management of daytoday office operations when workspace manager is absent
- Support the workspace manager in any other reasonable request
- Have a passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do
- Preferably have receptionist experience within a hotel environment, airlines or a corporate business environment
- Have great interpersonal skills and a confident, outgoing and vibrant personality.
- Have very good command of English both in verbal and written communication
- Be highly organised and have an eye for detail.
- Be able to work well under pressure and can act proactively and intuitively
- Be able to handle complaints and issues in a sensitive and understanding way
Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
