Our private client is seeking an experienced morning family housekeeper for their family home in
Teddington South-West London. Ready to start NOW
The family home is within easy reach from;
Strawberry Hill Station, Twickenham station and sits on
good bus routes.

This is a
GREAT opportunity, to look after a young fun and busy household of (5), mum, dad, twins and family dog.

The family home has (5) bedroom set over 3 floors.

The ideal housekeeper, will be happy to thrive in a busy environment have excellent standards and able to follow plans developed by the family to help run a smooth efficient, well run home.

This role would be perfect for a housekeeper seeking work around school times or seeking additional morning work.

No cooking

No weekends

Free parking

Working hour(s): , Monday - Friday (times can be discussed)

Salary:
£ £18.00 gross per hour

Monthly paid on family payroll (Tax and NI Deductions all taken care of)

Contract given with usual employee benefits (holiday pay, sick pay etc...)

Housekeeping duties will include (but are not limited to);
All required daily housekeeping

Cleaning to the floors (tiled, wood) following instructions

Changing beds

Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms

Organise dry cleaning for fine /delicate items

Excellent ironing skills

Provide support with laundry

Put away groceries and maintain larder

Letting family when cleaning products are running out

Organising wardrobes for ease of access

Rotate summer and winter wardrobes

Able to attend to basic sewing and alterations tasks (only if needed)

Very occasional dog walking if both Principals are out

Not essential but potential for occasional monthly or more regular babysitting for Friday / Saturday nights and happy to give Housekeeper this regular commitment if they would like it

Essential

DBS checked or happy to have one carried out
Strong knowledge with regard to care of fabrics and floors
Good eye for detail
Warm, friendly personality but also discreet and able to work quietly around the house

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 4 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
