This positionwill suit someone who has previous systems experience and who enjoys a heavy workload.The role will include:
- Managing billing information to ensure accounts are invoiced correctly and efficiently
- Completing all administration tasks and reports for your assigned territory
- Communicating with new and existing clients to provide excellent, ongoing customer care
- Settingup and processing orders
- Creating and implementing processes to improve efficiency and the customer journey
We are looking for:
- High level of accuracy for entering data
- Knowledge of working with CRM platforms
- Experience of working in account administration and managing relationships
- A true passion for providing fantastic customer service
- Great written and verbal communication skills

Camberley (hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 from home)
