We are looking for analytical minded, calm, and professional individuals to provide excellent customer care alongside completing a high standard of administration.

This positionwill suit someone who has previous systems experience and who enjoys a heavy workload.


The role will include:


  • Managing billing information to ensure accounts are invoiced correctly and efficiently
  • Completing all administration tasks and reports for your assigned territory
  • Communicating with new and existing clients to provide excellent, ongoing customer care
  • Settingup and processing orders
  • Creating and implementing processes to improve efficiency and the customer journey

We are looking for:


  • High level of accuracy for entering data
  • Knowledge of working with CRM platforms
  • Experience of working in account administration and managing relationships
  • A true passion for providing fantastic customer service
  • Great written and verbal communication skills

Job Title:

Salary:
£26,000 - £28,000


Contract:
Full Time, Permanent


Location:
Camberley (hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 from home)
