Our Apprentice Enrolment team are searching for an experienced, inspiring leader to join Lifetime Training. You will oversee the success of the enrolment support team by delivering opportunities and starts to support business needs. You will recruit, and lead a team of advisors, supporting them to achieve target. You will be an expert in apprenticeships, sharing knowledge and best practices with advisors to build a high-performing team. You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Championing and displaying Lifetime DNA behaviours in every aspect of the role, you will lead via example, ensuring that our learners receive the highest level of service, information, and guidance.


What will you be doing?

  • Driving performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Achieving a monthly team target of 2000 opportunities
  • Achieving c1200 verified start per month
  • Maintaining a monthly team quality score of 95%+
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new starters
  • Monitoring individual performance via monthly 121 meetings
  • Support the development of advisors and senior advisors through Evolve conversations
  • Building development plans for all team members
  • Management of advisor absence
  • Management of advisor behaviours
  • Representing the Enrolment support team in meeting with TLs from the apprentice recruitment and Digital enrolment teams

What will you bring to the role?

  • Expert knowledge of apprenticeships
  • Experience reporting and presenting to key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, and organisation skills, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience of leading high performing teams
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • The ability to role model Lifetime's DNA
  • Ability to manage change effectively

  • Experience of working with CRM systems.
