We seek a part-time executive assistant for the CEO who supports our impact mission, offering administrative support and proactive problem-solving to navigate complex challenges and opportunities.

This role is highly flexible, ideally suited to someone managing professional commitments alongside personal responsibilities, such as childcare.


Key Responsibilities

Diary and Time Management: Efficient management of the CEO's schedule within limited hours, prioritising essential engagements and optimising the CEO's time.

Travel Arrangements: Handle travel logistics succinctly during working hours, ensuring plans are clear and communicated well in advance.

Gatekeeper & Door Opener: Manage access and facilitate connections efficiently, maximising the strategic impact of the CEO's interactions.

Administrative and Financial Support: Undertake administrative, 'filing' on Sharepoint and financial tasks, focusing on efficiency and accuracy within the allocated hours.

Senior Management Liaison: Maintain clear and concise communication channels between the CEO and senior management, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

Problem Solver: Identify and address challenges proactively within the constraints of a part-time schedule, demonstrating independence and initiative.
