We seek a highly skilled and motivated Presales Consultant to join our dynamic team.

As a Presales Consultant, you will be pivotal in driving sales efforts by providing expert guidance, technical knowledge and strategic insights to potential clients.

You will collaborate closely with our sales and product development teams, contributing to the growth and success of the organisation.


What You'll Do

  • Engage with prospects and customers to understand their unique business requirements and challenges. Demonstrate ManageEngine solutions to customers alongside members of the sales team
  • Stay current on market initiatives and trends
  • Attend customer meetings, tradeshows and events, serving as a ManageEngine technical consultant Work closely and collaboratively with customers to develop practical solutions
  • Ensure effective handover from Sales to Delivery
  • Provide customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to capture new customer requirements and enhancements
