Description
Have you ever thought about a career within the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme?

We have an exciting opportunity in Fenland

Are you highly motivated and keen to develop your skills working with children and families in the community and wanting to progress onto the Specialist Community Public Health qualification?

If you have a current NMC registration in any branch of nursing or midwifery and are passionate about the public health agenda and improving health outcomes for children, young people and families; then this may be the career choice for you.

You will work in an integrated 0-19 team within a locality of North Cambridgeshire.

You will be supported with an induction programme and bespoke workshops throughout the year to facilitate your learning; gaining the skills and knowledge you require to support the Health Visitor or School Nurse to deliver our service confidently and competently.

There is an expectation that on successful appointment and further development in post, you will commit to undertake the Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) Health Visitor Level 7 course within 2 years of joining us.

CCS works in partnership with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Foundation Trust (CPFT) in the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme as a joint venture.

We welcome any informal enquiries
