The Company
My client are a Privately Owned Main Contractor, based in NW London.

They are a dynamic company who have very robust financials.

Having doubled turnover in the two years to the start of the pandemic, they are looking to establish themselves firmly in the Top 50 main contractors' league table with a target of £300m turnoverover the next 5 years.

The Role - Facade Designer

They are currently looking to appoint a Facade Designer, to be based in their NW London office, on the facade division.

Main responsibilities:

Production of layouts, detail drawings and material scheduling
Developing the complete façade design, ensuring completion to programme and within budget
Derisking design problems and finding solutions,
Coordinating and liaising with project stakeholders, consultants, engineers and architects.
