Sales Consult are recruiting for a Business Development Manager for our client based in Essex.

They are a combined plumbing & drainage company that specialise in the commercial sector.

Area's, they cover are approximately 100 miles radius of London but are looking to expand this.

We are looking for someone who would like to take on their next exciting chapter and have proven track record in B2B sales, experience within the drainage sector or similar service would be an advantage

Sales Responsibilities:

Develop new business
Make cold calls which would be a prominent feature at the outset of the position
To maintain regular contact with new clients within your portfolio
Management of the CRM database
Attend sales meetings as and when required
Attend seminars, exhibitions, and entertaining clients as and when required
Work closely with the existing sales and operations team

Essential Requirements:

Proven track record in a B2B sales role ideally in the plumbing, drainage, or construction industry sales environment but not essential
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Maintain strict confidentiality
A full driving Licence
A good head for business
