We're looking to appoint a key influencer to lead our extensive L&D offering, working alongside our Head of Talent to design and deliver an innovative Learning & Development Strategy, ensuring we're ahead of the game with the required skills, knowledge and capabilities to support business growth and the retention of our people.
L&D
- Work with Head of Talent to design and implement the L&D strategy including core areas of upskilling focus, succession planning.
- Design, test and deliver impactful and scalable learning opportunities which drive real business value.
- Understand strategic business requirements and priorities and turn these into learning opportunities including sales, compliance, systems and customer service.
- Support in the creation of a performance management framework including 360 feedback and design subsequent training materials.
- Work with Head of Talent to design and implement a rewarding Early Careers Strategy.
- Drive and deliver the early careers programmes, developing career pathways aligned to growth.
- Lead on the exploration, development and set up of early careers programmes outside of apprenticeships and graduates including year in industry, summer placements, student placements, internships.
- Manage the Apprenticeship Levy
- Experience of LMS, management development and soft skills training.
- Experience of setting up early careers programmes as an employer, especially apprenticeships and graduates schemes.
- Experience of managing high volume apprentice/ graduate recruitment.
- Comfortable using industrystandard software and languages for Elearning (Google docs, Office, Articulate, Rise, etc).
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards, particularly those relating to ESFA regulations.
- Proficiency in converting already written content by a partner (policy, manuals, toolkits) and turning it into elearning or ILT materials.
- Proficiency designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning solutions including gamebased learning, video, microlearning.
Salary - £46,000
Bonus - 5%

This is a hybrid role working from our Slough office a couple of days per week.
