Pastoral admin support

Slough

Eden Brown Education are recruiting Pastoral admin support within a construction department a college based in Slough.

This is a split role. We are looking for someone to provide administration support to the department as well as provide pastoral support to students in the construction department at Langley


We know that sometimes students might need some extra support in order to keep on top of things and make the most of their time at college.

As a pastoral mentor you are here to support the students with any issues that may be impacting on their ability to achieve and enjoy their time at college.


  • Experience in secondary or FE colleges preferable
  • Strong admin experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good classroom management
