Customer Service Manager


Location:
Solihull and home working


Hours:
Full time Monday to Friday


Salary:
£40-45,000 plus annual company discretionary bonus up to 10% salary

We're currently working with a fantastic, forward thinking service business to recruit a number of Customer Services roles.

With responsibility for the day-to-day management and motivation of a small team, alongside your own account management for multipleclients, your role will be diverse and varied.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ongoing team development and objective setting
  • Build, develop and nuture positive client relations
  • Key liaison point for internal colleagues within business development and account management teams and external client contacts.
  • Effectively administer the onboarding of new clients and take ownership for a positive customer experience
  • Regularly report, update and present to the Senior Management Team on progress, opportunities and threats
  • Manage all internal and external communications effectively and inline with company ethos, values etc
  • Make effective use of CRM systems

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven track record in a similar Customer Service or Account Manager role to include leadership of teams
  • Passion for motivating and leading others to include goal setting, KPI monitoring etc
  • Experience in dealing with inbound customer queries ideally in a contact centre environment
  • Experienced in making the best use of CRM and IT systems
  • Good communication skills, internally and externally with the ability to flex approach accordingly
  • People focussed
