A highly professional property and construction consultancy is now looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to join their Glasgow office.


The Associate Building Surveyor role


The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be joining a well-established consultancy with over 20 offices across the UK, taking lead of the Glasgow office.


The Associate Building Surveyor will be supporting the team on the full scope of professional services including building surveys, defect analysis, dilapidation surveys, contract administration and schedule of condition and working with a broad spectrumof clients across both the public and private sectors.


As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you will be working closely with the Glasgow Partner to support the growth of the business, assisting with business development and client management.


The Associate Building Surveyor

  • A Building Surveying Degree
  • MRICS
  • Project management experience
  • Experience working on the mentioned professional services
  • Experience within a Senior/managerial role
