Sales administrator / coordinator
Pole Star Products is a small company working in the air-conditioning, refrigeration, and commercial heating spares market. We supply electric motors and fans to both manufacturers for new equipment and engineers for replacement parts. The company began in 2002 and has grown quickly, recently relocating to Bardney Airfield just outside Lincoln.

We are currently seeking someone to join our small but very busy team in an sales administrative role.


Permanent - Full Time
To be based at our factory in Bardney, Lincoln.

**Hours of Work - 9.00am

  • 5.30pm** (Monday to Friday)

The Successful Applicant will be -

  • Highly sales focused with First-Class customer service skills.
  • An excellent communicator.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner.
  • Computer literate, with a high level of word processing and spreadsheet skills.
  • Well organised and able to manage a demanding workload.
  • Self motivated working with a small team, with excellent time management skills.
  • Able to work within a fast paced website environment.
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Good attention to detail

Key Responsibilities include -

  • Processing and managing customer orders
  • Converting customer enquiries into retail sales.
  • Processing customer payments.

Salary details
Salary - £12.55 per hour (13 week trial period at £11.40 per hour)
