Evolve is recruiting for a leading independent pharmacy chain, with numerous community pharmacies across the North of England.

Our client is currently seeking a professional and friendly GPhC registered Pharmacist Manager to join their supportive branch in Southowram (HX3).

This is a permanent position, ideally working full time hours of Monday to Wednesday (9am to 6pm), Thursday (9am to 1pm), and Friday (9am to 6pm) - 4 days will be considered.

Essential Requirements

GPhC accredited and registered Pharmacist.
Master's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm).
Ideally some experience of managing a community pharmacy.
Good communication skills.
Willingness and enthusiasm to get involved and provide a handson approach to running the pharmacy effectively.
Ability to work with others in a multidisciplinary team wall as lead with others in a team.

Role Responsibilities

Responsible for managing a team to provide clinical integrity through the adherence to company procedures, relevant legislation, and codes of ethics.
Get involved in running the pharmacy effectively, including answering the phone, serving customers etc.
Ensure that efficiency and high levels of patient service are maintained at all times.
Demonstrate a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
Foster good working relationships with other healthcare professionals.
Be able to drive performance in line with business objectives and will develop the team and service offering to meet and exceed expectations.
