Our client, a highly profitable travel company is part way through its transition to being a best of breed product & technology lead company.

With ambitious plans to further disrupt the industry, they are looking to grow their software engineering leadershipteam and are looking for a new Head of Engineering to run their Customer Applications teams, covering web and mobile.

• A background in software engineering, both as developer and engineering manager, running one or more teams
• Experience managing other engineering managers or team leads
• Commercial experience of working on eCommerce and and large scale B2C products
• Strong people management skills
• Experience of partnering with product to deliver value and take a customer first approach
• Strong communication skills that allow you to effectively manage a diverse set of stakeholders
• An analytical approach to problem solving, with a datalead decision making mindset
