With a strong management team and collaborative efforts with research institutions worldwide, our company is dedicated to excellence. Currently, we boast ownership of three major high-end brands: COSSET, Dc. Charlie, and Cika & Lucy.Responsibilities:
- Manage the daytoday operations of our ecommerce platforms for COSSET, Dc. Charlie, and Cika & Lucy brands, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
- Optimize product listings to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and overall user experience.
- Monitor website performance and user behavior using analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
- Stay updated on ecommerce trends, industry developments, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source new products, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong business relationships.
- Ensure compliance with ecommerce regulations, data protection laws, and security standards to safeguard customer information and maintain trust.
- Provide regular reports and insights on ecommerce performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and content management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends, products, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced, dynamic work environment and willingness to learn and grow.
- Passion for beauty and cosmetics industry and commitment to excellence.
Pay:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
