Morgan McKinley is recruiting for an Internal Communications Officer on behalf of a prestigious top tier bank. The Executive Assistant will be rewarded with an initial 12 month contract and an hurly rate of upto £21.

The role:

**This position is an integral part of the Employee Engagement, Product Marketing, and Change Adoption Team This position is responsible for creation and delivery of engagement, communication and development strategies supporting the bank and its functions on a global scale; along with partnership with our wider EO&T community to ensure consistency of process, plans and the bank's representation.

Role Purpose:

Be a passionate communicator and collaborator, able to leverage knowledge, and change and communication toolkits to tell the bank's story, and position the bank in line with its priorities.
Play an integral role in the Business Operations Engagement and Change function within the bank.
Work closely with the bank's executives and senior leaders to design, develop and manage integrated internal communications and employee engagement strategies, as well as organisational change management plans.
Be a passionate about people and engagement, able to leverage the bank's knowledge, programs, and toolkits to drive the bank's people strategy.
Work closely with the bank's executives and senior leaders to advance organisational/people strategy goals including talent strategy and to promote a culture of reward and recognition, placing our people at the forefront of your plans and activities.
Participate in the bank'swide engagement activities to inspire staff, motivate, and drive momentum for the bank's initiatives.
Partner with our colleagues across EO&T to ensure consistency of practice and plans and representing the bank on key forums
