Registered Nurse Location - Birmingham

Setting - Care Home

Salary - £17.24 Per Hour

Shifts - Full Time / Nights Only

Time recruitment is currently working with an excellent national care provider who needs a night nurse in a care home service.

This overall GOOD CQC service provides nursing care and support for up to 22 younger adults with complex physical and mental healthneeds.

there's always something going on to get involved with and the team ensures that the priority is always what is in the best interests of the service users.

As well as supporting their service users, this service tailors training and support packagesfor their staff, making sure that they have Continuing Professional Development, receive specialist skills development from their in-house Clinical Team and have the opportunity to attend in-house leadership and management development programmes.

Key Duties

Working As Part of An MDT To Provide High-Quality Person-Centred Care
Maximising Independence for Residents Through Care Planning and Support Interventions
Dispensing Relevant Medication for The Service Users
Undertaking Care Planning for Residents and Assessing Individual Needs
